I dedicate this autobiography to my family who made it possible to lead such a wonderful life
It was a cool night on August At 11:30 pm I, Aida,
was born to my mom and my dad . The place of my birth was
Quito, Ecuador.
Unfortunately my dad wasn't there at my birth. He was in Berkeley, California, getting
his master's degree on political science at the university of Berkeley.
When I was only three days old I got my ears pierced. When the nurse took me back to the
hospital room I was crying.
Anyway a fee days later my mom and I were allowed to go out of the hospital. We stayed
with my grandmother Aidita until I was four months old. Then my mom and I flew to
California to see my dad. We lived in california for a year. We lived in a townhouse in
Albany.
My first few months of my life were very busy. I started to hold up my head when I was
about a month old, but it was only for a few seconds at that time. I made more progress
though when I learned to talk at four months old. At first all I could say was 'mama',
'papa', but later on when I learned new words nobody could shut me up.
